The StarPartner Process
The Process is intended to develop a partnering relationship between the client and STARCON in jointly implementing a continuous improvement process within the plants maintenance organization. Through this Process, the Owner anticipates realizing an on-going savings in maintenance costs and increased unit reliability. The Process expects to achieve these objectives primarily through identification and elimination of work barriers; however, enhanced communications, maintenance planning and scheduling, work prioritization, optimizing job assignments, and root cause analysis are also essential elements to the Process. The Process identifies the development of joint teams who work together to address issues and provide innovative solutions in maximizing the plant's value of maintenance services.
